Job designation:Field Sales Executive
Seeking an experienced field sales representative to attract new clients, win new accounts, and maximize profitability within his or her sales territory. Candidates will run prospects through the entire sales cycle, including developing new leads, educating new leads and turning interested shoppers into long-term customers.
You will be working from home, transmitting orders, reports and sales analyses to your office. In view of all the travel you’re likely to do, it’s generally important to have a driving license and follow the mandatory government rules.
Generally your working hours will be flexible considering the monthly targets to be achieved.
This job is completely incentive based. The major earning will be from the sales targets achieved by you.
Roles:
Close new deals at the best rate.
Build relationships with existing customers and try to get the references.
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts and provides daily progress reports.
Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them in context to their health and wellness.
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products and market conditions.
Represent the company and brand during the various events, meets, programs and summits.
Be responsible and accountable for meeting targets.
Giving feedback to management.
Must be willing to travel up to 50 percent of the time
Qualification:
Qualified field sales representative should have a high school diploma and typically hold a bachelor’s degree/diploma in business, communications, marketing, economics, commerce, arts or a similar field.
At our company, however, skills and experience outweigh education when it comes to qualifying candidates, especially because product expertise is typically learned on the job.
Experience:
0 to 2 years of experience in field sales job with related product.
Skills:
Comfortable on the phone conversations.
Competitive, extreme polite and positive attitude
Sharp sales chops
Good in speaking Gujarati, Hindi and English language.
